Job Title: HR Executive – Compliance & Risk Manager

Location: Pune, Kharadi

Work Shift: Night shift

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR compliance and risk management

Qualification: MBA in HR / Master’s in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive – Compliance & Risk Manager to oversee our HR compliance operations and risk mitigation strategies during night shifts. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and internal audit processes, along with experience in handling employee documentation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
  • Maintain and update compliance-related documentation and HR records
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and compliance checks
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance-related issues
  • Mitigate HR-related risks by proactively identifying non-compliance areas and recommending corrective actions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns
  • Handle night shift workforce-related queries regarding HR policies and compliance
  • Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and documentation
  • Report compliance status to HR leadership regularly

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in HR compliance and risk management
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to work night shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR audits and compliance tools
  • Exposure to international labor law compliance
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or HR certifications (optional)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
