IT Recruiter

We are looking for an optimistic and go-getter candidate to join our team in Shimla as HR Recruiter!

This is a dynamic role for someone who has good communication as well as knowledge of Recruitment and wants to grow fast. Experience in recruitment and HR management is a big plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments.

• Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.

• Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.

• Daily HR report Output.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

IT Recruitment, HR, Knowledge of the Internet.

• Master degree in HR or related field

• At least 1years of IT Recruitment or HR. Freshers can also apply.

• Knowledge of computers, the internet, social media, and Ms. Office.

• Have strong communication, coordination, and promotion ability, with strong empathy and patience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
