Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate - Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment efforts for our expanding Semiconductor OSAT plant. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various technical and non-technical roles.
Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Hiring Manager Alignment:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and ensure alignment on hiring decisions.

Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders, including HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Coordination:
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the semiconductor or related technology industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in sourcing niche technical roles.
