We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Social Media Manager, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. This is the perfect position for a &quot;Canva wizard&quot; who loves visual storytelling and wants to gain hands-on experience assisting on multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.Location: Remote (Colorado-based)Pay: Starting at $20.00/hourEmployment Type: Part-Time (10 Hours/ Week)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality, on-brand static assets and carousels using Canva.</li><li>Video Editing (Reels): Edit short-form video content specifically for Instagram Reels, utilizing Canva&rsquo;s video suite to sync transitions and audio.</li><li>Ideation: Brainstorm and develop fresh, organic content ideas and graphic concepts tailored to each client&rsquo;s unique brand identity.</li><li>Copywriting: Craft engaging, punchy, and error-free captions that drive community interaction and growth.</li><li>Scheduling: Execute the content calendar by scheduling approved posts through Meta Business Suite.</li><li>Revision Management: Implement feedback and requested updates from the Social Media Manager quickly and accurately.</li><li>Project Tracking: Maintain an organized workflow through Monday.com ensuring all tasks are updated and deadlines are met.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Canva Mastery: You are highly proficient in Canva, including the use of brand kits, layers, and video editing features.</li><li>Social Media Savvy: You have a deep understanding of current social media trends,</li><li>Writing Skills: Strong command of grammar and the ability to adapt your &quot;voice&quot; to suit different industries.</li><li>Quick Learner: You pick up new tools and brand styles rapidly.</li><li>Highly Organized: You can juggle tasks for multiple clients without letting details slip through the cracks.</li><li>Aesthetic Eye: A natural sense of layout, color theory, and typography.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Project Management: Experience with Monday.com is a major plus, though we are happy to train the right candidate.</li><li>Proactive Mindset: You don't just wait for instructions; you look for ways to improve a post or streamline a process.</li></ul>We value creativity and a &quot;can-do&quot; attitude.
