Designation: Quality Analyst Editor (QA Editor)Position: 1Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy and excellence of our localized video content. The ideal candidate will possess strong linguistic skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English, with a sharp eye for quality control across audio, visual, and linguistic aspects of dubbed videos.Responsibilities<ul><li>Quality Review: Evaluate dubbed/localized videos for linguistic, audio, and</li></ul>visual accuracy as per client guidelines and industry standards.<ul><li>Script Translation &amp; Review: Translate and refine video scripts from</li></ul>English/Marathi to Hindi, ensuring natural flow, cultural relevance, and sync with visual timing.<ul><li>Audio-Visual QA: Identify and report inconsistencies in audio mixing, lipsync, background noise, or subtitle mismatches.</li><li>MT Post-Editing: Review and improve machine-translated content while</li></ul>maintaining original tone and sentence structure. The stakeholder is responsible for implementing the necessary corrections and submitting the final approved version for delivery, using the appropriate editing tools or Rian-developed AI tool, as applicable.<ul><li>Documentation: Create detailed QA reports with clear observations,</li></ul>improvement suggestions, and error logs.<ul><li>Process Improvement: Contribute to developing and updating quality</li></ul>assurance standards and checklists.Tool Knowledge:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve</li></ul>(preferred).<ul><li>Familiarity with video/audio formats, codecs, and compression</li></ul>settings.Experience &bull; 0-2 yearsSkill Set &bull; Bachelor's degree in media or Linguistics.<ul><li>Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi &ndash; spoken and written.</li><li>Strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in localization.</li><li>Basic experience in audio editing, language review for multimedia</li></ul>content.<ul><li>Experience in Linguistic QA is a strong plus.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output.</li></ul>Industry Type: Language/ LocalizationLocation: PuneJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;300,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
