Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a combination of culinary experience, customer service skills, and knowledge of food handling practices. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with food, we want to hear from you.Duties<ul><li>Carve and serve a variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc.) tableside in the traditional gaucho style</li><li>Maintain correct cooking and serving temperatures; monitor meat quality and presentation</li><li>Coordinate timing and flow of meat service with kitchen and waitstaff</li><li>Engage with guests&mdash;explain cuts, take guest preferences, ensure satisfaction</li><li>Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all operations</li><li>Maintain carving station, tools, and grill area in clean, organized condition</li><li>Assist kitchen staff as needed (prepping, rotating cuts, restocking)</li><li>Be flexible in performing additional tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in meat carving, grilling, butchery, or a similar role preferred</li><li>Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts and doneness levels</li><li>Strong guest service orientation and comfortable interacting with customers</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods, lift moderately heavy items</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-minded</li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Join us in delivering high-quality food products while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
