Visiting Doctor (MBBS / DNB / FNB) &ndash; IVF Procedures.RISAA IVF Centre is seeking dedicated and skilled MBBS, DNB, and FNB doctors to assist in IVF-related procedures across our network centres in different states. The role involves same-day travel to designated centres for performing or assisting in procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, ultrasound-guided procedures, and patient monitoring, ensuring clinical excellence and uniform standards of care across all branches.<ul><li>Travel to assigned IVF centres in other states for pre-scheduled procedures (same-day visits).</li><li>Assist or perform IVF-related procedures including oocyte pickup, embryo transfer, follicular monitoring, and patient evaluation (as per specialization and competency).</li><li>Coordinate with local clinical teams to ensure seamless patient management and procedural workflow.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with ART (Regulation) Act and centre protocols.</li><li>Provide patient counselling and follow-up guidance as required.</li><li>Ensure ethical practice and adherence to RISAA IVF&rsquo;s quality standards at all partner locations.</li><li>Report procedure outcomes and submit case summaries to the Head Office team.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of patient data and uphold professional decorum during all inter-state visits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;2,100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.</li><li>Handle employee grievances, attendance, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and assist department heads with appraisals.</li><li>Organize training and development sessions for staff.</li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.</li><li>Support management in manpower planning and retention strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with the finance team for salary processing and benefits administration.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR functions and statutory compliances.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
