Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Handle employee grievances, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist department heads with appraisals.
  • Organize training and development sessions for staff.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Support management in manpower planning and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for salary processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
