- Minimum 3 years of Experience in HR & Compliance
- Preferred Facility Management Background Candidates
- Candidate should know Shops and Establishment and CLRA Compliance regulations
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
