Assistant Manager - HR and Compliance

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in HR & Compliance
• Preferred Facility Management Background Candidates
• Candidate should know Shops and Establishment and CLRA Compliance regulations
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
