ROLEREQUIREMENTSThe Engagement Leader at Apex Advisory must hold proven experience in project and/or client account management, with the ability to work as part of a busy team and lead multiple engagements simultaneously. Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a strong background in management consulting services, likely in the GCC.The role requires regular travel and remote work from client offices when required.ROLERESPONSIBILITIESThe Engagement Leader is a key member of the Apex Advisory client servicing team and is responsible for leading, directing, and monitoring the planning and implementation of large-scale, complex projects, while building a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.Typical responsibilities include:<ul><li>Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Become familiar with the client's business environment to lead projects effectively</li><li>Ownership of and leadership for key client projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables and timely, efficient project operations</li><li>Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization</li><li>Ensure the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget</li><li>Take ownership for and provide direction and leadership on solving consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties</li><li>Apply theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfill identified objectives and deliverables</li><li>Implement a solid project management strategy for task interdependence</li><li>Manage project risks, contingency, and mitigation plans</li><li>Maintain high team performance and productivity</li><li>Be present in client offices as required to deal with issues in real-time</li><li>Present key project updates to client stakeholders and agency partners</li><li>Create and manage project plans and reports for various agency projects</li><li>Conduct and coordinate project site visits as required</li><li>Liaise directly with the client to update on project deliverables</li><li>Lead client and stakeholder meetings on project specifics</li><li>Set up and manage administrative procedures</li><li>Update the company CRM system</li><li>Present to the Apex Management Team</li><li>Coordinate and execute research tasks</li><li>Ensure all information is captured and project databases are updated in a timely manner</li><li>Manage the project team to provide ongoing support</li><li>Oversee/review and approve the production of client materials, such as presentations, letters, and memos</li><li>Oversee/review and approve the client's reports, including status updates, agendas, and meeting minutes/summaries</li><li>Lead the client meeting from the Apex team and review, approve, and share the minutes with the client</li><li>Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress</li><li>Keep abreast of industry and daily news reports to stay on top of current affairs and client sector news</li><li>Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs</li><li>Provide technical knowledge, coaching, and development to junior team members</li></ul>ROLEREQUIREMENTSDemonstrate evidence of the following skills and experience which are critical to the role:<ul><li>Evidence of being well-versed with feasibility studies, impact assessment studies, and business strategy</li><li>An understanding of core consulting methodologies including strategy assessment, operating model development, and implementation planning</li><li>Experience in consulting-oriented project management and client delivery</li><li>Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Strong attention to detail, inquisitive personality, and passion for knowledge & experience</li><li>Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude</li><li>Strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office fundamentals</li><li>Ability to travel regularly, particularly in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Cultural awareness of the Middle East and specifically Saudi Arabia</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?8dbBRMnE5BIujvc5jI0jfwmk1YyLGV1Jn" width="0" height="0" />
