This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career in business development and sales.Key Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with persuasive communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.</li><li>A demonstrated history of success in sales or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in Customer Service or Telephone Sales.</li><li>Proficiency in professional email communication.</li><li>Basic tech skills, including using a Softphone for calls and familiarity with CRM software.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Rise Business Solutions and build lasting relationships.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.</li><li>Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary ranging from 30k to 50k, based on experience.</li><li>Commission and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Paid annual leave and holidays.</li><li>Annual performance reviews with potential for growth.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Available Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
