Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing business relationships with international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career in business development and sales.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with persuasive communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• A demonstrated history of success in sales or a similar role.
• Experience in Customer Service or Telephone Sales.
• Proficiency in professional email communication.
• Basic tech skills, including using a Softphone for calls and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Rise Business Solutions and build lasting relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from 30k to 50k, based on experience.
