Academic Coordination<ul><li>Plan and implement the school&rsquo;s academic calendar and timetable.</li><li>Coordinate lesson plans, curriculum implementation, and assessments.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and learning outcomes.</li><li>Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.</li><li>Ensure syllabus completion and exam readiness across grades.</li></ul>2. Teacher Support &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Guide and mentor teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.</li><li>Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings.</li><li>Assist in teacher recruitment, induction, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Foster collaboration and communication among staff members.</li></ul>3. Student Development<ul><li>Monitor student progress and performance data.</li><li>Support teachers in addressing student learning difficulties.</li><li>Plan and coordinate extracurricular and enrichment programs.</li><li>Promote student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.</li></ul>4. Administrative &amp; Communication Tasks<ul><li>Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Liaise with parents to address concerns and share updates.</li><li>Coordinate school events, examinations, and meetings.</li><li>Support the Principal in implementing school policies and initiatives.</li></ul>5. Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of teaching experience; prior experience in academic coordination is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
