1. Academic Coordination
- Plan and implement the school’s academic calendar and timetable.
- Coordinate lesson plans, curriculum implementation, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and learning outcomes.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure syllabus completion and exam readiness across grades.
2. Teacher Support & Supervision
- Guide and mentor teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
- Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist in teacher recruitment, induction, and performance evaluations.
- Foster collaboration and communication among staff members.
3. Student Development
- Monitor student progress and performance data.
- Support teachers in addressing student learning difficulties.
- Plan and coordinate extracurricular and enrichment programs.
- Promote student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
4. Administrative & Communication Tasks
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with parents to address concerns and share updates.
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and meetings.
- Support the Principal in implementing school policies and initiatives.
5. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience; prior experience in academic coordination is preferred.
