1. Academic Coordination

  • Plan and implement the school’s academic calendar and timetable.
  • Coordinate lesson plans, curriculum implementation, and assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Ensure syllabus completion and exam readiness across grades.

2. Teacher Support & Supervision

  • Guide and mentor teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
  • Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings.
  • Assist in teacher recruitment, induction, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among staff members.

3. Student Development

  • Monitor student progress and performance data.
  • Support teachers in addressing student learning difficulties.
  • Plan and coordinate extracurricular and enrichment programs.
  • Promote student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.

4. Administrative & Communication Tasks

  • Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
  • Liaise with parents to address concerns and share updates.
  • Coordinate school events, examinations, and meetings.
  • Support the Principal in implementing school policies and initiatives.

5. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of teaching experience; prior experience in academic coordination is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
