We are a growing real estate company with offices in Dubai and a branch in Sharjah, currently seeking a female Real Estate Agent to join our team.The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and experienced in real estate, especially in customer interaction through calls and follow-ups. If you're passionate about sales and property, we want to hear from you!Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to clients for property inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments</li><li>Handle both sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and landlords</li><li>Respond promptly to leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system</li><li>Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals</li><li>Stay updated with the Dubai and Sharjah real estate markets</li><li>Achieve sales targets and KPIs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only (due to the nature of the role)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE</li><li>Must have a valid visa (Own visa)</li><li>Excellent communication skills, especially phone handling and client follow-up</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills</li><li>Good knowledge of Dubai and/or Sharjah real estate markets</li><li>English proficiency (Arabic or other languages is a plus)</li><li>UAE driving license and own car (preferred)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive commission structure with basic salary</li><li>Admin and marketing support</li><li>Access to company CRM and property listings</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
