We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Travel Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of travel booking systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in the travel and tourism industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients in planning, booking, and organizing domestic and international travel.</li><li>Provide recommendations on travel routes, transportation, accommodation, and activities based on client preferences and budgets.</li><li>Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance.</li><li>Handle changes, cancellations, and special travel requests.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel advisories, and airline policies.</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients in Arabic and English.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only (as per business requirement).</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism trends.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and commission structure.</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li><li>Exposure to a wide range of travel products and services.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
