Female Real Estate Agent

We are a growing real estate company with offices in Dubai and a branch in Sharjah, currently seeking a female Real Estate Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and experienced in real estate, especially in customer interaction through calls and follow-ups. If you're passionate about sales and property, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients for property inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments
• Handle both sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and landlords
• Respond promptly to leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Stay updated with the Dubai and Sharjah real estate markets
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to the nature of the role)
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
• Must have a valid visa (Own visa)
• Excellent communication skills, especially phone handling and client follow-up
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai and/or Sharjah real estate markets
• English proficiency (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
