Overview Join our small Therapist Owned Pediatric Therapy Practice where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your specialized skills in pediatrics, physiotherapy, and patient care within a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration, and excellence. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans that promote mobility, independence, and overall well-being for young patients across outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and home health settings.Duties<ul><li>Assess pediatric patients&rsquo; physical functions by evaluating physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify individual needs.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive care plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and coordination for children with diverse conditions.</li><li>Coordinate discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transitions from hospital or inpatient settings to home or community care environments.</li><li>Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, maintaining detailed records of treatments and outcomes.</li><li>Provide education and support to families and caregivers on home exercises, safety measures, and community resources to promote ongoing patient development.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to pediatric physiotherapy.</li><li>Proven experience in outpatient pediatric clinics or school based environments.</li><li>Expertise in discharge planning, care plan development, and patient-centered care approaches for pediatric populations.</li><li>Experience working with diverse age groups including infants, toddlers, children with special needs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate families about treatment goals</li></ul>Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: In person
