Position Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI/ML) Department: Engineering / Technology Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority Level: SeniorRole OverviewRIsk Cognizance is seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Full-Stack Developer with AI/ML expertise to architect, build, and scale intelligent, data-driven applications. This role requires a strong blend of full-stack engineering, machine learning capabilities, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and leadership in delivering production-ready AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to implement advanced AI-driven features and deliver robust, high-performance software.Key Responsibilities AI/ML Engineering<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (ML/NLP/CV/LLM) into production environments.</li><li>Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.</li><li>Fine-tune and integrate LLMs and generative AI models using modern techniques (RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering).</li><li>Implement MLOps best practices for automated training, deployment, and drift detection.</li></ul>Full-Stack Development<ul><li>Develop highly scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).</li><li>Build secure, reliable backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.</li><li>Integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the full-stack architecture (UI/UX + backend + model services).</li><li>Ensure optimal performance, responsive design, accessibility, and maintainability across the entire stack.</li></ul>Software Architecture &amp; System Design<ul><li>Design distributed, cloud-native architectures that support AI workloads and large-scale applications.</li><li>Implement microservices, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.</li><li>Apply best practices in API design, code quality, testing, and system optimization.</li><li>Evaluate new frameworks and tools to enhance productivity, scalability, and reliability.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead complex technical projects and mentor junior developers.</li><li>Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.</li><li>Translate business objectives into technical implementation plans.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to drive AI initiatives.</li></ul>Cloud, DevOps, and MLOps<ul><li>Develop and deploy applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.</li><li>Use containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and rapid releases.</li><li>Monitor application performance and ML model behavior using observability tools.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (Laravel, PHP, React, Angular, Vue) and backend development (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar).</li><li>Proven experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.</li><li>Solid understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).</li><li>Experienced in LLM integration, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>Practical understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices and tools.</li><li>Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).</li><li>Exposure to data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka).</li><li>Experience working with microservices, event streaming, or real-time architectures.</li><li>Previous leadership, mentorship, or project ownership experience.</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, NIS2, ISO 27001).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.</li><li>Ability to lead technical initiatives independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Innovative mindset and passion for integrating AI into real-world applications.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Drive high-impact AI/ML features used by thousands to millions of users.</li><li>Work with cutting-edge technologies across the entire stack.</li><li>Join a collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and quality.</li><li>Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>Growth opportunities into Staff Engineer, AI Architect, or Technical Lead roles.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;50,072.02 - &#8377;70,077.98 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 22/12/2025
