Role Overview

RIsk Cognizance is seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Full-Stack Developer with AI/ML expertise to architect, build, and scale intelligent, data-driven applications. This role requires a strong blend of full-stack engineering, machine learning capabilities, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and leadership in delivering production-ready AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to implement advanced AI-driven features and deliver robust, high-performance software.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Engineering

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (ML/NLP/CV/LLM) into production environments.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Fine-tune and integrate LLMs and generative AI models using modern techniques (RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering).
• Implement MLOps best practices for automated training, deployment, and drift detection.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop highly scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Build secure, reliable backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
• Integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the full-stack architecture (UI/UX + backend + model services).
• Ensure optimal performance, responsive design, accessibility, and maintainability across the entire stack.

Software Architecture & System Design

• Design distributed, cloud-native architectures that support AI workloads and large-scale applications.
• Implement microservices, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Apply best practices in API design, code quality, testing, and system optimization.
• Evaluate new frameworks and tools to enhance productivity, scalability, and reliability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead complex technical projects and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Translate business objectives into technical implementation plans.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to drive AI initiatives.

Cloud, DevOps, and MLOps

• Develop and deploy applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Use containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and rapid releases.
• Monitor application performance and ML model behavior using observability tools.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (Laravel, PHP, React, Angular, Vue) and backend development (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar).
• Proven experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.
• Solid understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experienced in LLM integration, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices and tools.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Exposure to data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience working with microservices, event streaming, or real-time architectures.
• Previous leadership, mentorship, or project ownership experience.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, NIS2, ISO 27001).

Pay: ₹50,072.02 - ₹70,077.98 per month
