<div><div><p>As a Host/Hostess at Rita&rsquo;s on the River, you&rsquo;ll be the welcoming face of the restaurant&mdash;greeting guests with warmth, managing the flow of seating, and helping create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment guests arrive. Your role is key to setting the tone for exceptional service on San Antonio&rsquo;s iconic River Walk.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Greet all guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude</li><li>
Manage walk-ins through the waitlist system</li><li>
Seat guests efficiently and evenly throughout the restaurant</li><li>
Answer guest questions and provide accurate wait times</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance</li><li>
Assist with menu handouts and support other FOH staff as needed</li><li>
Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers</li><li>
Provide outstanding customer service throughout every shift</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>
Strong communication and people skills</li><li>
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Must be punctual and reliable</li><li>
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during major downtown events</li><li>
Previous hosting experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
