Purchase Assistant &ndash; Hydraulic Press &amp; SPM ManufacturingLocation: Jhajjar, Haryana Experience: 5&ndash;7 Years Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical preferred) Industry: Engineering / Machine ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are a manufacturing company dealing in Hydraulic Presses and Custom SPM Machines. We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to handle procurement of raw materials, bought-out items, and hydraulic components required for our projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Purchase of MS plates, structural steel, machining materials, and consumables.</li><li>Procurement of hydraulic valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and standard mechanical/electrical bought-out items.</li><li>Sending inquiries, collecting quotations, preparing comparison sheets, negotiating prices.</li><li>Preparing purchase orders as per BOQ, job card, and design requirements.</li><li>Coordinating job-work vendors (machining, fabrication, grinding, honing, painting) with the production team, tracking status, and ensuring timely completion.</li><li>Monitoring PO status, delivery commitments, and vendor follow-ups.</li><li>Maintaining ERP entries: indents, POs, GRNs, pending items.</li><li>Planning procurement as per project timelines for cash-flow efficiency.</li><li>Coordinating with stores, QC, design, and production teams.</li><li>Maintaining and developing vendor database.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Good knowledge of industrial raw materials &amp; hydraulic components.</li><li>Ability to read basic technical specifications/BOQs.</li><li>Strong negotiation &amp; communication skills.</li><li>Excel and ERP proficiency.</li><li>Strong follow-up, organization &amp; time-management.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>PF</li><li>Conveyance Assistance</li><li>Incentivization on the basis of performance (10-20% of the salary)</li></ul>KPIs<ul><li>On-time procurement</li><li>Cost savings / competitive pricing</li><li>PO accuracy &amp; documentation</li><li>Reduction of long-pending indents</li><li>Vendor delivery &amp; quality performance</li><li>Timely job-work completion</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Jhajjar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
