<ul><li>Patient care: Provide direct, round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, monitoring their condition and managing complex diseases like heart failure, respiratory failure, and multiple organ failure.</li><li>Procedures: Perform and supervise advanced procedures such as intubation, insertion of central and arterial lines, and management of mechanical ventilators.</li><li>Team leadership: Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds, collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and respiratory therapists, and coordinate care with the entire healthcare team.</li><li>Decision-making: Make rapid, evidence-based clinical decisions under high-stress conditions, and be proficient in areas like pharmacology and pathophysiology.</li><li>Quality and education: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, develop clinical guidelines, and mentor medical staff and trainees.</li><li>Family communication: Communicate effectively with patients' families, provide updates, and participate in end-of-life discussions and ethical decision-making.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Doctorate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Intensivist: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
