Job Overview We are a patient-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to helping individuals recover, restore mobility, and return to the activities they love. Our team values collaboration, high-quality care, and a positive clinic culture that supports both patient outcomes and professional growth. we strive to engage, encourage, and empower all who walk through our door.We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and support recovery from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.</li><li>Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.</li><li>Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual techniques as directed.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervision Physical Therapist.</li><li>Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.</li><li>Assist with clinic flow and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.</li><li>Current PTA License in Idaho</li><li>CPR/BLS certification preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.</li><li>Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health Insurance Coverage with HSA Card</li><li>Paid time off and Holidays.</li><li>Continuing Education support.</li><li>Positive team culture and mentorship.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-Time, Clinic Open Monday - Friday 7 am to 6 pm</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter to rcptpf@gmail.com.
