Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We are a patient-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to helping individuals recover, restore mobility, and return to the activities they love. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and support recovery from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual techniques as directed.
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervision Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
  • Assist with clinic flow and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current PTA License in Idaho
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Clinic Open Monday - Friday 7 am to 6 pm

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
