We offer a professional, fast paced work environment.Position Summary:<ul><li>Receive and contact leads in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Utilize creative strategies to market our properties and follow through on every lead.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and build a rapport with prospective residents.</li><li>Coordinate access to properties.</li><li>Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing goals.</li><li>Be passionate and professional about helping people find their next home.</li><li>This is a 1099 commission based position.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>One-year minimum experience working in a property management environment, or two years minimum experience working in sales, marketing, and customer service.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.</li><li>Sales and marketing experience.</li><li>Must possesses a solid work ethic and be coachable.</li><li>Complete and follow through with all required paperwork.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation.</li></ul>Job Type: CommissionExperience:<ul><li>Sales, marketing , and customer service: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Property management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
