Position Summary:
- Receive and contact leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize creative strategies to market our properties and follow through on every lead.
- Provide excellent customer service and build a rapport with prospective residents.
- Coordinate access to properties.
- Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing goals.
- Be passionate and professional about helping people find their next home.
- This is a 1099 commission based position.
Qualifications:
- One-year minimum experience working in a property management environment, or two years minimum experience working in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Must possesses a solid work ethic and be coachable.
- Complete and follow through with all required paperwork.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Job Type: Commission
