All positions are paid, recognizing the importance of valuing educators' expertise and commitment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards for elementary and preschool students</li><li>Utilize learning technology tools to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate interactive instruction</li><li>Design and deliver lessons in core subjects such as English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies</li><li>Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs</li><li>Support students through tutoring sessions, including test preparation for exams like the SAT and specialized science tutoring</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment</li><li>Incorporate online instruction methods to reach students in virtual or hybrid settings when necessary</li><li>Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in teaching or tutoring elementary or preschool-aged children, including classroom management skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional adaptability</li><li>Familiarity with learning technology platforms and online instruction tools</li><li>Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding different learning styles</li><li>Expertise in teaching English language arts, mathematics, science, or special education is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues effectively</li><li>Ability to create engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs and developmental levels</li><li>Prior preschool experience or childcare background is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with children of various ages in educational settings</li></ul>Join our team of passionate educators committed to nurturing young minds!
