Beautiful and well-maintained apartment community in Murfreesboro is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join their team!Job description:Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor maintains the property in a high-quality condition, provides excellent customer service, maintains all required records/logs, completes make-readies in preparation for upcoming move-ins, and operates within/adheres to the approved budget.Hours:Typical range of hours is based on the community's needs and may require weekends and/or after hour emergency services. 8am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours/ week + on-call.Knowledge / Skills:HVAC EPA certification I II requiredHands-on working knowledge and experience of typical apartment maintenance tasksto include but not limited to plumbing,electrical ,carpentry,appliances, pool maintenance.Make apartments ready for new move ins in a timely mannerLeadership skills and ability to deal effectively and respectfully with all customersMust have HVAC knowledge and experience troubleshooting and repairingMaintain a safe working environment at all timesOur mission is making a better life for our Team Members, Residents and Investors by maintaining and improving the asset, providing clear and frequent communication and feedback, exhibiting fairness in decision making, and continuing quality growth.Therefore, we do have some additional requirements for anyone interested in joining our community:- Valid Driver's License- Ensuring that all common/amenity areas are safe, in good repair, and clean-Remain up to date on preventative maintenance tasks on propertyRespond to all service requests within 24 hours, complete all work orders with detailed notesOther Skills and Abilities Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Roofing</li><li>HVAC Type 2 or Universal Certified - R22 (410A helpful)</li><li>Plumbing</li><li>Electricity</li><li>Appliances</li><li>Pool</li><li>Must be able to pass background and drug screen</li><li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Must be available to work On-Call shifts and weekend</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off, paid holidays and vacation time</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Quarterly bonus program</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: From $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Property maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
