Maintenance Supervisor

Beautiful and well-maintained apartment community in Murfreesboro is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join their team!

Job description:

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor maintains the property in a high-quality condition, provides excellent customer service, maintains all required records/logs, completes make-readies in preparation for upcoming move-ins, and operates within/adheres to the approved budget.

Hours:

Typical range of hours is based on the community's needs and may require weekends and/or after hour emergency services. 8am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours/ week + on-call.

Knowledge / Skills:

HVAC EPA certification I II required

Hands-on working knowledge and experience of typical apartment maintenance tasks

to include but not limited to plumbing,electrical ,carpentry,appliances, pool maintenance.

Make apartments ready for new move ins in a timely manner

Leadership skills and ability to deal effectively and respectfully with all customers

Must have HVAC knowledge and experience troubleshooting and repairing

Maintain a safe working environment at all times

- Valid Driver's License

- Ensuring that all common/amenity areas are safe, in good repair, and clean

-Remain up to date on preventative maintenance tasks on property

Respond to all service requests within 24 hours, complete all work orders with detailed notes

• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be available to work On-Call shifts and weekend
