Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system. This pivotal role requires defining product vision, translating complex business needs into detailed specifications, and managing the development backlog to deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of product management experience in logistics technology, with deep expertise in Warehouse Management processes. You will act as the primary stakeholder, working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence to deliver scalable solutions. This role leads the effort to define, design, and implement continuous process and systems improvements, ensuring optimal material flow, maximum inventory accuracy, and operational readiness within a complex, high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This is a business-aligned role focused on leveraging EWM functionality to solve operational challenges.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li><b>Develop and Execute Product Strategy:</b> Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our WMS and Material Flow systems, aligning them with company goals.</li><li><b>
Feature Definition:</b> Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including logistics, Mfg., and Material Supply. Translate these into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li><li><b>
Project and Priority Management:</b> Effectively manage a backlog of multiple competing priorities and projects, making data-driven decisions on what to build next to deliver the most value to the business.</li><li><b>
Stakeholder Management:</b> Act as the primary point of contact for all Material Flow-related matters, communicating effectively with technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.</li><li><b>
Market and User Analysis:</b> Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.</li><li><b>
Agile Development:</b> Work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality products.</li></ul><div><b>
Performance Monitoring:</b> Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and identify areas for improvement.</div>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on logistics or supply chain technology.</li><li><b>
SAP Expertise:</b> Deep, hands-on functional and configuration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)</li><li><b>
Technical Skills:</b> Experience developing clear, robust functional specifications for IT development teams when custom solutions (Interfaces, Reports, Enhancements) are required to meet unique business requirements.</li><li><b>

Staff Product Manager, Material Flow Systems

Role Summary:

Rivian is looking for skilled and motivated Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our multi-skilled facilities maintenance team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC systems that support critical manufacturing and building environments. You&rsquo;ll ensure environmental comfort, system reliability, and energy efficiency across the site &mdash; while partnering closely with Controls, Electrical, and Facilities Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.</div>
Responsibilities:
<p><b>
HVAC Systems &amp; Troubleshooting</b></p><ul><li>
Diagnose and repair rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), VAV boxes, chillers, cooling towers, and related systems.</li><li>
Troubleshoot BAS alarms, control issues, and system irregularities.</li><li>
Replace compressors, motors, pumps, bearings, and other system components with minimal instruction.</li><li>
Perform refrigeration circuit maintenance including soldering, brazing, charging, and wiring.</li><li>
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring HVAC performance issues and implement long-term corrective actions.</li></ul><p><b>
Preventive Maintenance (PM)</b></p><ul><li>
Perform scheduled PMs on HVAC and ventilation equipment per the master PM calendar.</li><li>
Replace filters, belts, and bearings; inspect coils; clean drain lines and mechanical spaces.</li><li>
Maintain organized, clean, and compliant mechanical rooms following 5S and safety standards.</li><li>
Support seasonal system changeovers and readiness reporting.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Building Automation &amp; Controls</b></p><ul><li>
Navigate and interpret Building Automation Systems (BAS) to identify, trend, and resolve alarms.</li><li>
Adjust control parameters for system efficiency and comfort balance.</li><li>
Work with Controls and Electrical teams to interpret and modify wiring diagrams and sequences of operation.</li></ul><p><b>
Hot Call Response &amp; Facility Support</b></p><ul><li>
Respond quickly to facility comfort and mechanical hot calls, including loss of heating/cooling or airflow.</li><li>
Escalate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for high-impact or multi-discipline issues.</li><li>
Communicate findings, corrective actions, and risk areas to leadership in real time.</li></ul><p><b>
Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>
Complete and close all work orders in SAP/Ranger with accurate notes and refrigerant tracking.</li><li>
Provide daily summaries of completed work and open issues.</li><li>
Support compliance with ASHRAE, OSHA, EPA, and Rivian safety standards.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>EPA Universal Certification (required).</li><li>
Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale HVAC maintenance.</li><li>
Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues independently.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical schematics, and BAS interfaces.</li><li>
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Perform break-fix &amp; preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to observing devices in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools</li><li>
Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as necessary</li><li>
Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards</li><li>
May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.</li><li>

Sr. Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Role Summary:
<p>
The Sr. Dimensional Engineer is responsible for ensuring that vehicle components and assemblies meet dimensional quality targets throughout the product lifecycle. In this position you will lead dimensional control strategies to achieve fit, finish, and functional requirements across BIW, closures, and other major assemblies.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Improve Dimensional performance of vehicle throughout the product life cycle.</li><li>
Dimensional engineering PQ build objectives (Fit &amp; Finish) of the final vehicle.</li><li>
Internal and external dimensional KPI&rsquo;s. G&amp;F PIST, BIW PIST, BIW Cp/Cpk, 3MIS, Pre-delivery inspection (PDI), Customer quality index (CQI), Craftmanship audit.</li><li>
Develop/Manage the list of critical product and process characteristics and controlling their geometry in vehicle builds to produce quality assemblies.</li><li>
Develop/Maintain the Dimensional Control plan for critical assemblies.</li><li>
Support parts and system validation processes for all body geometry and proactively lead variation reduction efforts for the body shop (goal of achieving Cp/Cpk &gt; 1.33 for all critical features and sustaining those levels through product life cycle)</li><li>
Review Supplier parts to ensure zero-dimensional build issues.</li><li>
Own and maintain the current Geo fixtures, Cubes, Ring gauges &amp; PCF.</li><li>
Support Interior and exterior dimensional validation, using Cubes, Ring gauges &amp; PCF&rsquo;s.<br>
Recommending best gauging methods and performing data analysis to identify special and common cause problems.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with fixture designs, checking aids and datum strategies.</li><li>
