 We are currently seeking an experienced
 
 Restaurant Manager
 
 to lead daily operations and elevate guest satisfaction in line with our luxury brand values.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant in line with property standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the service process and actively engage with guests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and personalized service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all team members have strong food, beverage, wine, and service knowledge and confidently deliver this to guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee table setups, service stations, and overall restaurant presentation to meet luxury standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all colleagues are fully trained in correct billing procedures and POS systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain restaurant equipment in excellent condition and ensure proper usage through staff training
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise staffing, duty rosters, performance, and daily task allocation
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor stock levels, coordinate with related departments, and ensure operational efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a strategic role in achieving budget, revenue, and profitability targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement in menu development, product quality, and service trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with F&amp;B Operation Manager, Assistant F&amp;B Director, F&amp;B Director, and other operational teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure staff training levels meet operational and service requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and embody the company philosophy, culture, and Legendary Quality Experiences to consistently exceed guest expectations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role, preferably within luxury hotels or international F&amp;B chains
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree or associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food &amp; Beverage (Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree is an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English (spoken, written, and comprehension); additional languages are an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of food &amp; beverage operations, &agrave; la carte service, and luxury service standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong wine and beverage knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism
 </li>
 </ul>
