We are currently seeking an experienced
Restaurant Manager
to lead daily operations and elevate guest satisfaction in line with our luxury brand values.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant in line with property standards

Lead the service process and actively engage with guests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and personalized service
-
Ensure all team members have strong food, beverage, wine, and service knowledge and confidently deliver this to guests
-
Oversee table setups, service stations, and overall restaurant presentation to meet luxury standards
-
Ensure all colleagues are fully trained in correct billing procedures and POS systems
-
Maintain restaurant equipment in excellent condition and ensure proper usage through staff training
-
Supervise staffing, duty rosters, performance, and daily task allocation
-
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with related departments, and ensure operational efficiency
-
Play a strategic role in achieving budget, revenue, and profitability targets
-
Support continuous improvement in menu development, product quality, and service trends
-
Work closely with F&B Operation Manager, Assistant F&B Director, F&B Director, and other operational teams

Ensure staff training levels meet operational and service requirements

Promote and embody the company philosophy, culture, and Legendary Quality Experiences to consistently exceed guest expectations
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role, preferably within luxury hotels or international F&B chains
-
Degree or associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is an advantage)

Strong command of English (spoken, written, and comprehension); additional languages are an asset

Knowledge of MS Office applications

Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, à la carte service, and luxury service standards

Strong wine and beverage knowledge

Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset
-
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism
