Administration Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee office infrastructure, equipment, assets, and consumables.</li><li>Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and facility maintenance.</li><li>Ensure implementation of office SOPs and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for supplies, renewals, and service contracts.</li><li>Manage administrative documentation, agreements, AMC&rsquo;s, etc.</li><li>Maintain office visits log, staff movement register, access records, etc.</li><li>Support arrangement for meetings, appointments, travel, corporate events.</li><li>Handle office repair work, safety compliance, and environment management.</li></ul>Human Resource Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.</li><li>Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, exit documentation.</li><li>Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing, attendance verification, and leave management.</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters.</li><li>Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs and guidelines.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.</li><li>Support disciplinary procedures (warnings, notices, documentation).</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare periodic HR and admin reports.</li><li>Maintain HR &amp; Admin dashboards and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate between finance, procurement, IT, and management.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and resolution of employee concerns.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong document preparation and drafting skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HR laws and compliance.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, HR record management systems.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business Administration / HR preferred).</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR or Administration will be an advantage.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant HR/Admin work experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
