Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversee office infrastructure, equipment, assets, and consumables.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure implementation of office SOPs and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, renewals, and service contracts.
  • Manage administrative documentation, agreements, AMC’s, etc.
  • Maintain office visits log, staff movement register, access records, etc.
  • Support arrangement for meetings, appointments, travel, corporate events.
  • Handle office repair work, safety compliance, and environment management.

Human Resource Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, exit documentation.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance verification, and leave management.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs and guidelines.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Support disciplinary procedures (warnings, notices, documentation).

Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare periodic HR and admin reports.
  • Maintain HR & Admin dashboards and documentation.
  • Coordinate between finance, procurement, IT, and management.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of employee concerns.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong document preparation and drafting skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, HR record management systems.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business Administration / HR preferred).
  • Master’s degree in HR or Administration will be an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR/Admin work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
