We are looking for an ambitious, sharp, and highly professional individual to join our team and represent our brand to a global clientele.The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Consultant/Executive to drive sales and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience to customers in the Gold Souq. This is a crucial, high-visibility role focused on building lasting relationships and achieving daily sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Retail Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with local and international walk-in customers to understand their needs and guide them through our collection of gold, silver and other related services.</li><li>Product Expertise: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of gold karat, weight, pricing, and current market trends to advise customers accurately and confidently.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing: Effectively negotiate deals and manage the full sales transaction process, ensuring immediate and accurate sales reconciliation.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build a rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals, maintaining our reputation for trust and integrity.</li><li>Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the beautiful appearance of the display cases and ensuring all items are correctly priced and secured.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: We welcome applications from fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, as well as experienced sales professionals. Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-value B2C sales is a significant advantage.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian) is highly beneficial.</li><li>Aptitude: A quick learner with a professional demeanor and a sharp, sales-oriented mindset.</li><li>Numerical Skills: Strong competency in basic mathematics for quick and accurate calculation of gold pricing.</li><li>Immediate Availability: Candidates must either currently reside in Dubai or be able to relocate to Dubai within one week of receiving a job offer.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Hiring Details<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience, plus a rewarding commission structure.</li><li>Immediate joining is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
