About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Expert to lead our organic search strategy in the dynamic Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing overall website performance through comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. This role requires an individual who is not only a strategic thinker but also technically proficient and up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute advanced, data-driven SEO strategies (local, national, and international) aligned with business objectives and growth targets in the UAE.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct deep technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, and core web vitals.
- Keyword & Content Optimization: Lead comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content (including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy).
- Link Building & Authority: Design and manage effective off-page strategies, including high-quality link building, digital PR, and citation management, to significantly improve Domain Authority (DA).
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use a suite of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) to monitor daily performance, analyze key metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable, in-depth reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry news, proactively adapting strategies to maintain and improve search performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Web Development, Content, Marketing, and UX/UI teams to ensure all website changes and campaigns are optimized for search performance and user experience.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor SEO tactics and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Proven track record of success in significantly increasing organic traffic and achieving top search engine rankings for competitive keywords.
- Extensive experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and at least one major paid tool (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, including advanced technical SEO auditing and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage, particularly for the local Dubai/UAE market.
