Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Work directly with a senior-level client, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables</li><li>
Assist the RMA project manager in remediating financial statement audit findings over property, plant, and equipment (PP&amp;E)</li><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for property accounting controls and property accountability</li><li>
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of property accounting knowledge and best practices</li><li>
Develop and maintain a knowledge management community of practice for property accounting and management</li><li>
Conduct regular knowledge management audits and assessments</li><li>
Prepare briefings for executive and senior-level clients</li><li>
Manage the relationship with senior-level clients and all stakeholders</li><li>
Provide guidance and support to staff on property accounting data management</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Must be a U.S. citizen</b></li><li><b>
Must hold a TS or TS/SCI clearance (with a Polygraph preferred)</b>.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field</li><li>
A minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, accounting, or a related field</li><li>
Experience with knowledge management software and tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Wiki</li><li>
Familiarity with property accountability and financial systems</li><li>
Experience in writing and implementing accounting policy and procedures</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Be flexible, innovative, show initiative, and manage fast-paced situations</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with a good understanding of Excel</li><li>
Full-time on-site presence at either Landover, MD, or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
