Responsibilities:

Work directly with a senior-level client, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

Assist the RMA project manager in remediating financial statement audit findings over property, plant, and equipment (PP&E)

Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for property accounting controls and property accountability
-
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of property accounting knowledge and best practices
-
Develop and maintain a knowledge management community of practice for property accounting and management
-
Conduct regular knowledge management audits and assessments

Prepare briefings for executive and senior-level clients

Manage the relationship with senior-level clients and all stakeholders

Provide guidance and support to staff on property accounting data management
Qualifications:
-
Must be a U.S. citizen
-
Must hold a TS or TS/SCI clearance (with a Polygraph preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, accounting, or a related field

Experience with knowledge management software and tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Wiki

Familiarity with property accountability and financial systems

Experience in writing and implementing accounting policy and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be flexible, innovative, show initiative, and manage fast-paced situations

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with a good understanding of Excel
-
Full-time on-site presence at either Landover, MD, or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling
