Job Title: Business Coordinator (Bidding &amp; CEO Office Management) Location: Saudi Arabia Gender: Female Employment Type: Full-time Hiring: ImmediateJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to manage bidding activities through governmental platforms and support the daily operations of the CEO&rsquo;s Office. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience working with government portals and senior management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and follow up on bidding and tender processes through governmental platforms (such as Etimad and other official portals).</li><li>Prepare, submit, and track bids, proposals, and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical and financial documents.</li><li>Monitor bid deadlines, clarifications, and announcements.</li><li>Manage and organize all bidding records and correspondence.</li><li>Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO.</li><li>Manage CEO&rsquo;s office operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting correspondence.</li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Coordinate with external stakeholders, government entities, and partners as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in bidding/tender management, preferably using governmental platforms.</li><li>Experience in executive or CEO office support is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and online government systems.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Growth and development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
