We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through enterprise IT and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate and government accounts
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell system integration solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
- Coordinate with technical, presales, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in account management or sales within a system integrator or IT solutions company
- Strong understanding of system integration solutions (e.g., infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, enterprise systems)
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
