We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through enterprise IT and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate and government accounts
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell system integration solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in account management or sales within a system integrator or IT solutions company
  • Strong understanding of system integration solutions (e.g., infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, enterprise systems)
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with enterprise or government clients
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strategic thinking and solution-selling approach
