We work with fast-growing YouTube channels, brands, and media companies, delivering engaging, high-performance video content at scale.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be working directly on content for rndr&rsquo;s clients, producing both long-form and short-form videos across multiple niches.This is a fast-paced, high-output environment ideal for editors who are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different styles.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and social media</li><li>Work across multiple formats including talking head, podcasts, and short-form (Reels/Shorts)</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines</li><li>Apply motion graphics, sound design, and pacing techniques to enhance engagement</li><li>Ensure consistency in quality and style across different client projects</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Experience with motion graphics and storytelling</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube content styles and trends</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience editing business, finance, or educational content</li><li>Familiarity with AI voice tools like ElevenLabs</li><li>Understanding of retention-based editing for YouTube</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Fully remote work environment</li><li>Consistent, long-term workload</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients and high-growth channels</li><li>Fast-paced environment with growth potential</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;47,000.00 - E&pound;57,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
