Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be working directly on content for rndr’s clients, producing both long-form and short-form videos across multiple niches.

This is a fast-paced, high-output environment ideal for editors who are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and social media
• Work across multiple formats including talking head, podcasts, and short-form (Reels/Shorts)
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Apply motion graphics, sound design, and pacing techniques to enhance engagement
• Ensure consistency in quality and style across different client projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with motion graphics and storytelling
• Familiarity with YouTube content styles and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience editing business, finance, or educational content
• Familiarity with AI voice tools like ElevenLabs
• Understanding of retention-based editing for YouTube
