The Role

We are seeking a versatile Videographer and Editor to join our production team. This is a dual-capacity role requiring technical excellence on set and creative precision in post-production. You will be responsible for executing high-end commercial content and refining it through a rigorous editorial process under the guidance of our Creative Director.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Excellence: Lead camera-shot productions, including commercial, brand-led, and cinematic content.
• Technical Management: Oversight of all production equipment, ensuring cameras, lighting, and audio configurations are optimized prior to every shoot.
• On-Set Execution: Collaborative execution of creative briefs under the direction of Account Managers and the Creative Director.
• Post-Production: Full-cycle editing, ensuring alignment with project briefs, aesthetic references, and brand guidelines.
• Quality Control: Submitting initial cuts for internal review and implementing revisions within a strict 24-hour turnaround window.
• Asset Management: Maintaining a systematic file structure and archiving final assets according to company protocols.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Technical Mastery: 3–5 years of professional experience in both cinematography and video editing.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects are mandatory.
• Creative Instinct: A deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
• Operational Discipline: Ability to work efficiently in a high-velocity environment without compromising technical quality.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, punctual, and receptive to constructive creative feedback.

• A robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating commercial or brand-focused camera work.
• Proven experience with professional-grade camera systems and studio/field lighting.
• Capacity to meet rigorous deadlines and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
