Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Blended, Chat, Email).</li><li>Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, referrals, and walk-ins.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess communication skills &amp; job fit.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers &amp; operations teams.</li><li>Conduct HR rounds, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk and niche hiring needs.</li><li>Ensure joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes are completed.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates/reports.</li><li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns as needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in BPO recruitment (preferably bulk hiring).</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with hiring tools, ATS, and job portals.</li><li>Ability to work under targets and deadlines.</li><li>Good understanding of BPO processes, shifts, and hiring requirements.</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Bulk Hiring (MUST)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
