Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Blended, Chat, Email).
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess communication skills & job fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers & operations teams.
  • Conduct HR rounds, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk and niche hiring needs.
  • Ensure joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes are completed.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates/reports.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in BPO recruitment (preferably bulk hiring).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hiring tools, ATS, and job portals.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of BPO processes, shifts, and hiring requirements.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
