This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a lively, fast-paced environment that celebrates hospitality excellence.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable to process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions with precision.</li><li>Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, ensuring adherence to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar station, and service stations by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed.</li><li>Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.</li><li>Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Follow sanitation protocols and food safety standards rigorously to uphold health regulations in food handling and service.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly with knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
