As a paid position, you&rsquo;ll gain valuable experience in retail, warehouse management, and customer service while contributing to our team&rsquo;s success during busy seasonal periods.Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments</li><li>Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.</li><li>Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records with warehouse experience.</li><li>Support shipping &amp; receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling products, and coordinating deliveries.Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating products, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies, stocking schedules, and inventory audits to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Communicate effectively across departments using organizational skills to ensure smooth operations during high-volume seasons.</li><li>Support cashiering duties when needed, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Clean and restock shoes</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for assisting diverse customer bases.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising tasks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers professionally.</li><li>Experience working in retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to contribute!
