Seasonal Stock Associate

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
  • Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records with warehouse experience.
  • Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling products, and coordinating deliveries.Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating products, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies, stocking schedules, and inventory audits to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively across departments using organizational skills to ensure smooth operations during high-volume seasons.
  • Support cashiering duties when needed, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Clean and restock shoes

Experience

  • Prior warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for assisting diverse customer bases.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers professionally.
  • Experience working in retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to contribute!
