Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re hiring a Marketing Director to own our growth engine end-to-end. You&rsquo;ll set the strategy, manage the budget, lead execution (in-house and with partners), and report clear results&mdash;from impressions to booked revenue. The ideal candidate blends creative direction with performance rigor, turns field work into compelling content, and scales demand across seasons.Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Planning: Build the annual/quarterly marketing plan, forecast pipeline, and allocate channel budgets (paid social, search, LSA, OTT/CTV, radio, print/EDDM, sponsorships).</li><li>Demand Gen &amp; Performance: Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search/LSA, Retargeting, YouTube/OTT; manage keywords, audiences, offers, and landing pages to hit CPL/CAC targets.</li><li>Website &amp; SEO: Own site performance (speed, UX, conversion rate), SEO roadmap (content, local citations, backlinks), and our Google Business Profile.</li><li>Content &amp; Brand: Lead a consistent brand voice and visual system; produce a high-tempo content calendar (photo/video/case studies/reviews/before-afters) from real job sites.</li><li>Lifecycle &amp; CRM: Build email/SMS nurture, referral and review programs, and simple automations; partner with operations to ensure fast lead response and accurate attribution in CRM.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Stand up dashboards (GA4, GSC, ad platforms, call tracking/LSA) and report weekly on CPL, ROAS, lead-to-book, job value, and revenue attribution.</li><li>Partnerships: Manage agencies, freelancers, printers, and media buys; negotiate rates and hold vendors to KPIs.</li><li>Team Leadership: Mentor a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator and cross-functional contributors; establish SOPs, briefs, and QA for on-brand, on-time delivery.</li><li>Community &amp; PR: Activate local sponsorships, events, and press moments that reinforce our safety, professionalism, and ISA-Certified reputation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years in growth/brand marketing (home services, trades, or multi-location/local a strong plus).</li><li>Proven ownership of a performance funnel with measurable improvements in CPL, CAC, and conversion rate.</li><li>Hands-on with GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads/LSA, Meta Business Suite, basic SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs/Moz), and call tracking.</li><li>Strong creative judgment (briefing, storyboarding, short-form video) and copy skills.</li><li>CRM familiarity (lead routing, pipeline hygiene, attribution); marketing automation/email (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).</li><li>Organized operator: roadmap, budgets, vendor management, clear reporting.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; comfortable gathering content on active job sites (PPE provided).</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or other field-service industries.</li><li>Basic editing (Premiere/CapCut), Canva/Adobe CC.</li><li>Knowledge of local advertising (EDDM, radio, OTT) and sponsorship activation.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance bonus potential.</li><li>Year-round role with clear growth path (Head of Marketing).</li><li>Paid training and professional development.</li><li>Family-oriented culture, mission-driven brand, and well-resourced toolkit.</li></ul>How to ApplyApply on Indeed or email your resume, 2&ndash;3 campaign examples (with metrics), and a short note on how you&rsquo;ve lowered CPL or improved lead-to-book rate to info@robertstreeexperts.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
