Job Description:1. Client Consultation:<ul><li>Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding student visas, immigration laws, and related procedures.</li><li>Assess client eligibility for various study destinations.</li></ul>2. Application Preparation:<ul><li>Assist clients in completing and submitting study abroad applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.</li><li>Prepare supporting documents, such as letters of recommendation, financial statements, and educational transcripts.</li></ul>3. Case Management:<ul><li>Manage initial consultation to final decision.</li><li>Track application progress and communicate updates to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.</li></ul>4. Compliance and Research:<ul><li>Stay up-to-date with changes in Study abroad laws, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Conduct research on Study options and strategies to better serve clients' needs.</li></ul>5. Client Relations:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual circumstances and goals.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul>6. Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with other consultants, legal professionals, and government agencies involved in the study process.</li><li>Collaborate with educational institutions to facilitate student placements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business International Relations, or Immigration Studies (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in student consulting, preferably with a focus on student visas.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred):<ul><li>Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those commonly spoken by international students.</li><li>SOP Writing</li><li>Cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively work with clients from different backgrounds.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
